  Being in an emergency situation for a family member, I decided to try one of these places out. I researched it on google and found one close to my job . I've heard horror stories about people getting money from these places, so I called in advance on Friday to make sure everything would check out. I called and spoke with Juliette. She was super friendly on the phone and made me feel at ease. I had heard that these places require job verification (calling your job) to make sure you actually work there. I asked Juliette if I needed to go ahead and come in while my job was open (M-F until 6pm), so they could call and verify. She assured me that I would not have to do that. They wouldnt call my job either. They just needed my pay stub. I reiterated that my job was only open those specific hours on MONDAY-FRIDAY. She reiterated I would be fine. When I came into the store, Juliette was there and friendly. She asked me for everything required. I turned it in, after going through about 20 minutes of application processing. She tells me she cant complete my application without calling my job to verify. I calmly told her this is EXACTLY why I called on ahead to make sure they would be able to verify on a day my job was open if they needed to call. She acted like she did not know what to tell me and made a list of excuses for why she couldnt process it now like she had mentioned. Mind you, I had my complete application, pay stubs, bank statements, and deposits listed and in her hand. She offered to hold my application until Monday when my job would be open. I told her no thank you and that it would be too late. I asked them to throw my application away. I ended up getting what I needed from Advance Financial down the street about 20 minutes later. Its crazy how much time was wasted in this process. They were nice people, but extremely misinformed. It was scary to be in an emergency like that and have someone lie to you when you're already panicked. Which is why I wrote this review. It really upset me that I took precautions to make sure I had my end covered and still somehow was set up for the run around. I would not recommend anywhere but Advance Financial if you need emergency money and lack relatives or people that can help immediately. I was able to get my situation figured out. The biggest lesson for me of course is not to EVER USE ANY OF THE CASHING ADVANCE PLACES UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO TURN. THEY ARE ALL A SCAM INCLUDING THE ONES THAT DO HELP, YOU PAY TONS IN INTEREST. But in the rare emergency where its all you have as an option, this chain of cash advance/loans is absolutely not an option. I'm thankful for Advance Financial 24/7, truly. I already paid the money back this morning (I borrowed over the weekend), and have been able to get back to my normal reality. This place was an absolute waste of 30 minutes .

  Awesome place with awesome people Maranda Irene and Tonya were very helpful people and very pleasant to be around! Unfortunely they don't cash checks but pointed me in the right direction, go them!

  Thys place is the best ... Savannah is awesome never met nobody that works wyth u during a hard time ... I got a tittle loan n it’s almost paid Thys place is the best ... I promise u want be disappointed at all ... the staff is awesome 👏🏽 #3
