  We had our roof replaced due to age and several windows changed over to casements. We called and received a very professional consultant to our home at the time we needed. We discuss our wants and concerns with a project of our size. Cody not only re-assured us the work would be completed on-time, but placed everything in writing before we signed a contract. The installers showed up on-time, worked to compete the job and cleaned up, like no one was ever there. Window installer was a little slower due to COVID and material, but none the less completed the job to our satisfaction. From start to finish a very professional company! Would absolutely recommend the Nashville crew to anyone wanting home improvement, at a price we didn’t mind paying for the quality of service and piece of mind guarantee, in writing!!

  After doing research on several companies we made the decision To to with Pinnacle Home Improvement to get 23 windows replaced in our 88 year old house. From the time the salesmen came out, the follow up for measurements and the install this job was completed a few weeks longer than promised, but it has been well worth the wait. Our house looks so much better, and we can definitely tell the windows keep out the heat and road noise just as the salesmen said. Thank You Pinnacle Home Improvement.

  We had new windows installed by Pinnacle Home Improvement. The salesperson was very kind and professional while we asked a million questions. The instal team was great too. They were a father son team and worked hard to make sure our windows were put in correctly and taking out previous bad workmanship! Our windows have significantly reduced the road noise issues we were having with the major road next to our house and we are very pleased with them. The pricetag s a little shocking but it's worth the investment. Thanks PHI!

  So happy with my new windows! Cody made the process very easy and made sure that I was comfortable with the decision. The installation team was respectful and did great work. I highly recommend Pinnacle Home Improvements.

  We were so pleased with Ralph at Pinnacle. We weren't able to get financed as we are still working on our credit. But Ralph went above and beyond to get us approved. We could go buy a cheap window somewhere but after seeing their windows we would rather wait until we can finance windows through Pinnacle. We love all the features and lifetime warranty so we would rather have the best then have to keep replacing them over the years. We will definitely be calling Ralph as soon as we're ready. Such a fantastic experience with him.

  I was a little skeptical at first about buying windows from someone I saw on social media but I’m so glad I picked these guys! When they came out the house for consultation, they were very professional and easy to talk to. The guys that came out put windows in were great. Father , son team. Very personable, even made friends and feel like we will cross paths again, definitely talk to again by phone but will stay in touch. Couldn’t believe how quiet it is in our house now. Love the tiny on them also, makes the house look awesome!

  I had the pleasure of buying windows from Pinnacle home improvement I love my windows they are everything that they said they would me. My home is cooler since it has been so hot and I can see the difference in my electric bill .I would recommended Pinnacle to everyone that is in need of new windows.   They did a good job and the price of our new roof overall was pretty good. There was an issue in the beginning but it was taken care of. The new roof is great!

  My Installer was Russell and his son. They were quick and had good communication leading up to the install. So far these are great windows and were installed well. Also, I had an an issue with 1 out of 10 windows 2 years after an install and it was actually painless to get it fixed through warranty. Russel did that repair as well and it was zero cost to me.

  Enjoyed working with all of you at Pinnacle. Looks like a good quality job. Love it if something happens to me before paid off they will write it off. But you are a little to pricey. $9K+ for that job and i got my house done for $3600 almost same size as the one you did.
