  Everything was great. However, now that they are staffed with a new manager it’s become quite a mess. Most of the time the wait is pretty reasonable and the staff is fairly friendly. I’ve only had two incidents. 1. Few months ago the door was locked like normal (for security measures I suppose) but the associate inside wouldn’t let me in. After she saw I was becoming frustrated through the glass door she finnlly let me in and explained to me that they were having system issues and that the phone line was failing, which is why they didn’t answer my call. Which I understand those things happen but It was very rude for them to try and just leave me outside without an explanation. All I was worried about is paying my loan back in time with cash, without being overdraft sin my account or charged an interest. 2. Today I came in about 5:30 and a sign is posted stating they will be back at 6:15. Take note that they do not close untill 7. Several customers stood outside and left. It was very unprofessional of them. I would be very upset if I show up and could not have paid my loan on time because they choose to simply go on break or close for a few minutes.

  Great place to do business. Ms. Mary was very professional and friendly.She made sure my needs were met and explained to me my options and how each loan worked.I will be recommended Advance America to my friends' family and co-workers. Ms. Mary' Thanks again for being so helpful.
