  Southeast Financial was awesome to work with for our RV loan. We applied online and were financed very quickly! And it was all done electronically via email and DocuSign, very convenient . The loan officers were always available and quick to respond to our questions or comments. Thank you Southeast Financial!!

  Amanda Wright was amazing. She worked so hard to get everything done for us in time. Even though we were trying to get financing on one of their busiest weeks and holiday, she apparently stayed late to get it done. She was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I was skeptic on the idea of doing everything on line but I have to say, this is the way to go. Even did our notary signing on line, which is a great way to speed up the process. SE Financial is the bomb!

  Tonya was great. Couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I chose to work with Southeast Financial. They were able to get me the terms I was looking for at a fantastic rate.   I filled out an application through Lending Tree and linked with Southeast. I filled out all of the application info on Sunday morning and quickly received an email that my application was received and that I would be contacted quickly. It also said that I could check my application status online. It is Tuesday. I have emailed, left voicemails and there is no update to my status online. I cant even get in contact to find out anything from anyone with this company. I just want to be contacted so I can move forward. Update: they have now updated their site to show that they a re e not offering same day approvals now and will get to applications quickly. Glad they have that notification now. Still would like an update so that I can move forward with the dealership.

  Julie, We are sorry that we are not able to get to applications as quickly as we normally would be able to under normal circumstances. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic we are unable to offer same day credit approvals. A large portion of our staff is working remotely and therefore we have a limited staff. We appreciate your understanding.

  Taylor and SEF are a Class Act! Customer service is excellent. My initial call was packed full of questions and I’m sure Taylor felt under fire but was thorough and wonderful to deal with. Our motorhome loan approval was quick and funding was faster than we expected. The process was fluid and All SEF staff communicated during every step.   Excellent service, My loan officer Dana and her team did an excellent job. They were easy to connect with and answered all my questions promptly. Best experience with a financial institution ever. Check them out, they will take care of you like family from start to end. I am very satisfied.

  We had shopped around and had other finance companies contact us. None were as professional, courteous, and secure as Southeast Finance. The ability to securely upload documents was great. Each person we had contact with was great. Everything about this transaction was excellent. The response times...wow!!! Again, one of the most professional and courteous customer experiences we have ever had.

  My wife and I purchased a motorhome in December and financed it through SE Financial. Our loan specialist was Taylor Y. and we had nothing but a positive experience. When we started looking for a coach in April we went to Taylor for preapproval. The emails and phone messages were slow in being returned but were returned. This is normal for a company who specializes in RV financing because it is the busiest time of the year. It took us until December to find the coach that we wanted and when I contacted Taylor to start the process, she returned my phone calls and emails promptly. We had no issues with any of the process. Sure it is easier if you go through a local institution but when you are dealing with an out of town company the process will naturally be different. I checked with 6 different financial institutions but Southeast got us the best terms. We will definitely call Taylor again when it comes time to finance our next endeavor. Thanks to everyone at SE Financial.

  RUN! Do not walk. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. I trusted that RVTrader.com would only allow advertising from reputable sources. I'm frankly surprised by the number of positive reviews here on Google after reading the complaints on BBB & FB (wish I had done that before submitting an application). I could get into the details about why we decided to go elsewhere, but it looks like anyone who gives a poor rating gets a lot of lip service from the owner (on google). I will spare you the time and energy to read about our experience, but suffice it to say that we found another lender that under promises and over delivers AND actually gives you the quoted interest rate. Do your due diligence before applying for any type of financing. I should know this, but was trying to get the quickest turnaround for our private party purchase. 10/23/20 update: In 10 days our Plan B lender has completed the process and we pick up our new to us 5th wheel tomorrow from our private party seller. We had to reach out to SE Financial after not hearing from them for the same 10 days to cancel the loan request. It's been a very long time since we've received such poor customer service.
