  Very good business. Quick and Professional. Shanel is one of the most professional and productive people I have ever done business with. Because of her me and my associates will do business here for a long time. She is real and does everything she can to help. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the store. Everything is perfect including the smell. Best loan center we have ever encountered. I recommend 15/10 and definitely talk to Shanel for all loan needs. Very Professional and very good at what she does.

  We needed money fast due to medical reasons. Ronica was so amazing! She was extremely nice and helpful. The loan application and approval was very quick as well! Definitely recommend advance America loans. And definitely recommend Ronica! I can’t stress enough how great she made an otherwise stressful situation! Thanks Adavance and Ronica!

  The staff are very friendly and professional. Service is quick and accurate every time. I love the additional features like being able to get my loan put on my debit card instead of cash and being able to call in and pay my loan over the phone. That is so convenient for me. I would recommend Advance America to anyone needing a short term or installment loan.

  Ms. Shanel and her staff are absolutely amazing! I have come in before in tears and frustrated and left feeling understood and with a smile on my face. They always go out of their way to do everything they can to make my experience the best it can be. They know me when I walk in the door and treat me like a friend rather than just another dollar sign! I have had horrible experiences with online transactions and they always fix it and make sure I feel validated in my frustration. The last time Shanel even called me to fix the problem that online made and wouldn't fix the following Monday instead of waiting for me to call her. I feel so blessed to know that I can go there and receive the assistance I need with no judgment and tons of support! Thank you Shanel you deserve a raise 😊 Kristian with a K 😉
