  Our family rented a home from No Worries in Cape San Blas, FL. Upon arrival, we entered the property to find the trash cans overflowing and reeking of a horrid rancid smell. The pool area was overgrown with weeds, the pool was discolored, and so low on water the skimmer could not function properly. As soon as we pulled under the carport, we noticed an abandoned canopy frame. Immediately (approximately 30 mins after Saturday’s check in) we called the rental agency to report our findings and were told they would notify maintenance. We were concerned the inside would be as disheveled as the outside. The inside was not as bad but there were no hand towels in any of bathrooms and one of the bathrooms had noticeable water damage in the ceiling with no attempt at repair. No one came Saturday and we did not hear from the company. We called again Sunday afternoon to inquire about if the trash cans would be emptied because of the smell and swarming bugs and the instructions explicitly states not to move them because the company does. The person who answered the phone said that someone from maintenance would be coming today (Sunday). Two gentlemen from maintenance eventually came to bring the trash cans to their designated places but regretfully explained that No Worries has another company that handles landscaping and the pool but they would contact them and see what could be done for us. We never heard anything else from No Worries or maintenance in regards to the pool. My husband and brother in law spent the better part of Sunday evening making the pool area useable for our family, which included two young toddlers. They hand pulled all the weeds and overgrowth back, borrowed a neighbors water hose to fill the pool to an appropriate level, and sprayed all the dirt, sand, and other debris off the paver stone paths, pool deck area, and carport. We received an email (no phone calls or attempts to reconcile) from No Worries on Thursday at 11 a.m. stating someone from landscaping would be coming out that day, which never happened. We will never rent from this company again. The house itself was nice enough, but you can tell the company does not take care of the property or house or maintain it to the standards I would expect for nearly $8,000 a week.

  The company was easy to work with as far as booking and details of stay. My complaint started when we arrived at our rental. It had not been throughly cleaned there were stains on all the appliances and they had not been cleaned on the inside, tables had not been cleaned, the bathrooms still had trash in them and used soap in the shower. They sent someone back out to clean and we were not able to get in the house till after 8pm 4 hours after check in time. When we turned down the beds the sheet had not been changed they had sand, stains and hair in them. The company did nothing to compensate us for any of our trouble. I will not rent through them again. To me that shows all the care about is money and not taking care of the client. We should have at least been offered our cleaning fee back considering our 4 hour wait past check in time and having to do laundry at midnight before we could even go to bed. I feel it should have been handled differently than just an email saying they were sorry.

  There is not much that compares to the peacefulness of Gulf of Mexico and the ‘forgotten coast.’ However, this vacation rental fell short on many levels and I think some of the ‘forgotten’ was my family renting a beautiful home (@$900 a night) and SO many things not working. Hot water in all sinks/faucets as well as all electrical working is a MUST. I understand this is a new home and we were the first guest to stayed here ... but issue after issue and no one wants maintance at their beach home multiple days when we only have 6 days at the home. Also, there is a pandemic ... not one person who showed up cared about wearing a mask or was even considerate about how we have had to handled the pandemic. I am not writing a review to be disrespectful to the company or the home owner but to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Also the views online changed day #2 bc construction started next door. I know, the rental company can’t control weather or construction - - - but the rental home was just completed and I CLEARLY noticed once we arrived that the foundation next door was about to start. I think honesty gets you further than trying to divert issues back to the customer. Best of luck and such a shame bc the home is nice (neighbors not so friendly nor do they like ppl walking around).

  Do NOT try to rent kayaks from these people. After reading their decent reviews and that they deliver to Indian Pass, I called to rent 2 tandem kayaks for 2-3 days. When I called, the woman (that’s seems to run the whole business) said she was very busy with other maintenance calls and would call back “in a few minutes”. Almost 3 hours passed before I finally called to see what the hold up was with no luck and a text from her saying she would call me back. I finally got a call back an hour later. I asked for the rentals to be delivered the following day. She said it would be no problem and would both be delivered the next morning. The next day it was past noon and still no kayaks had been delivered. I called to see where they were...again no answer so I left a concerned voicemail considering they had already charged our card and we were missing out on our rental time on such a beautiful day. She finally called me back and acted confused stating that someone called and left me a voicemail that morning saying the kayaks wouldn’t be delivered. I had NO missed call and NO voicemail. When I asked why they wouldn’t be delivered she began laughing and stating that the only kayaks they had left had holes in them and that she forgot that they don’t deliver to Indian Pass anymore. When I expressed my frustration with the entire process she cut me off and said her manager would be in contact with me and then hung up on me. I never received a call from a manager and most of an entire day of our vacation was ruined because of their unprofessionalism and neglect. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and appalled by the way I was treated. Don’t do it if you expect decent service. Edit: The contact number and address that I dealt with is the exact same as No Worries Vacation Rentals. I do not have the wrong business. I would recommend contacting Google if another person is somehow using your EXACT contact information. For this reason, I will not be removing my review.

  Jessica - We strictly rent houses. We are not a beach service company and use a few different ones in the area. There is a No Worries Beach Service but we have no affiliation with that company other than we send people to them sometimes to rent golf carts and other items. Please take this review off of us and put it on the correct company.

  Our stay in Mexico Beach was incredible. The house we stayed in “The Mojo Risen” exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. The people at No Worries could not have been more helpful. All the necessary information was provided in advance and any questions we had were answered promptly. We will definitely book our vacation rental with No Worries again next year.

  Amazing customer service always professional and prompt returning calls. My family was very happy with our rental it was everything we could have hoped for. The house was very clean and and was decorated beautifully, it made us feel as if we were at our own house. I would highly recommend this company for all of your vacation rental needs.

  No Worries is by far the most gorgeous home on the east coast of Florida! The view of the gulf is incredible from every story and the pool deck is out of this world! It has everything you need for a perfect day - the pool, the view, outdoor couches, super nice grill and bar area along with being just a few steps from the beach! It’s beautifully designed and we plan to vacation in this home every year! We also love that it’s walking distance to the farmer’s market and a cute coffee shop! We had the most fun staying at No Worries and it is the nicest beach house I’ve ever been in!!!

  Stayed at "The Last Resort". Loved the house. There were some issues: the pool needed to be cleaned, porch was dirty and a ceiling fan was not working in one of the bedrooms. Called No Worries and they took care of it all in a matter of hours! They're called No Worries Vacation Rentals for a reason! Will be booking again!

  My family and I stayed in Cape San Blas at a great beach house called Cape Cottage. We rented from No Worries Vacation Rentals and were so pleased with the service we received from the company. These guys were friendly and so knowledgable about the area. We arrived to a super clean, well maintained house that was just as quaint and beautiful as described on the No Worries Vacation Rentals website. Thanks for providing our family with the perfect No Worries Vacation!

  Stayed at Port Side Manor August 22-25. The house was amazing...had everything we needed. Pool was great!!!. The only thing I overlooked was that all beds were queen and some of our party are tall so sleeping was uncomfortable for them. Overall, a great place.
