  Just opened an account with them today! The staff were friendly, worked quickly and efficiently to answer any questions I had. I was in and out in no time at all.   I needed to make some changes and approached the teller at the drive thru window. Both ladies were very helpful! Michael ended up providing the best customer service with his knowledge and also offered other financial products that may help me. I appreciate him taking the time to help me especially since I showed up at the last minute. Professionalism is what I experienced today!! Thank you!

  My father and I went to open a new account. Guaymi was the agent that took care of us. She was very detailed oriented with very strong customer service skills that made the process very easy. Thank you for making our visit very pleasant. We highly recommend this credit union if you would like to have a banking partner that you can trust and that offers variety of banking services.

  Honestly Leslie was an amazing trainer at poinciana high school, Leslie is a hard working trainer that that made us learn quicker and I vastly much appreciate her work I give you my thanks. Wouldn't ask for a better trainer than Leslie, Thank you.

  Michael went above and beyond! He took all the time necessary (and it was a long appointment, not his fault, he also helped my boyfriend) but he kept at it until our accounts were open, he went over every detail and never made us feel like we were a burden. Great experience. Keep up the good work!

  I had the pleasure to meet Gerard in the Poinciana branch. He greeted us with a smile, was quite friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain new offers. We absolutely love the courteous and prompt service we receive everytime we visit our branch.

  Leslie was very nice and helpful and she has a self taught rule to stay on the phone until the situation is solved and all emails and forms are signed and received by both parties and though this makes the call longer it is really worth it in the end because when we hang up we both have that piece of mind that everything is taken care of and I won't have to call again about the same situation! So thank you again Leslie! Great job!
