  I can't wait to pay off my loan and be out of this place! They make me deposit my business deposits in the business box out back - even when they're open. They allow their staff to park right in front of it so I have squeeze past there after parking around front. I love walking around with a bag full of money... Luckily, I suppose, my deposits are generally small so someone would have to be desparate to rob me. Although, they wouldn't know what's in the zipper bag until after I was dead. They also better hope I don't carry!

  Moved from PR to Kissimmee about 2 yrs.ago. We have been using the banks services for about 6 or 7 months suddenly its closed. It has been closed for weeks.We assume it has to do wiith Covid 19 and really hope we will continue with the services later on. We do not owe any car. We live in the Village wright in back we have a gulf cart.

  This bank is ridiculous. No matter what branch I go to, I end up waiting in line 30 minutes or more. There's always only one or two tellers, even during predictable busy times. They need to learn how to schedule staff. And today, the system is off line ALL day. They can't do anything, except take your money. Really? It boggles my mind the way they operate. Do not open an account here unless you want your money to be inaccessible at any given moment.

  Not bad. They welcome you and wait time is good. Not very crowded but lack in employees. Drive thru is a mess! I would park and go in. Staff are friendly and nice. Location is good and parking is good too, lots of parking space

  Very likely, the worst Bank of America in the country. 15 people in line and only one clerk. Only one driving atm which is also always pack. When helped, they don’t tell you everything you should know or help you as much as they could, just trying to get rid of you. Etc etc. The time wasted for any lil thing here is horrible!!

  Great bank but a suggestion is at least get someone that speaks billingual I see the gentlemen in the front had a hard time understanding a lady that spoke spanish it is important especially in this community to have great customer service even in a predominant community like kissimmee.

  No drive up teller at 3306 South Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee The BoA at 35 S Doverplum, Kissimmee is a dirty, wretched office. Always slow. What the heck is going on? Little respect for the city's patrons. I have been a customer of this bank for over a quarter of a century and if things don't change, this will be my last year. Tom.

  Great bank facility, the whole crew is latin and they are easy going and professional although the people to attend at times might be short for the local population.
