  On Monday June 7, 2021 around 5 pm I stopped by Simple Pawn for another purchase, I met up with Asst. Mngr. Rafael Sanchez. I explained to him the frustration with the pandemic, Covid-19 the election has made it impossible to find both guns & ammo I almost lost hope until I came here to Simple Pawn they sold New & Used guns, Rafael told me he had a shipment of ammo coming in and asked me for feed back and my opinion, that made me feel important and it showed me that he was open minded and cared about making his business better. "KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING"...

  Let’s just talk about Sheila for a second, for one my hand was taken the moment I walked in, just the way she explained every bit of product i asked for from begging to end made me feel as if I were an employee myself!! The customer service was beyond amazing and I’ll definitely be back tomorrow. Simple pawn you EARNED THESE FIVE STARS.

  I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my experience here!!!!!! Initially I was a bit upset because of a misunderstanding over the phone between (associate). Jezzelle and myself. I was quoted a pickup price and was different, however, they were willing to MAKE IT RIGHT! I went in to pick up my pawn and also my layaway and they did just that! They MADE IT RIGHT! From the associate Rafael to the manager Josh, I left with a feeling of being OVERLY SATISFIED!! I felt as if I had known these people all of my life until like I told the manager Josh. I will refer people and will NEVER deal with another pawn shop other than simple pawn... Personally I think they should change their name or even use a logo beside it that says WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!! I LOVE THIS STORE! I will be back to shop and so much more! Thanks for making my experience such an memorable one!
