  They gave me false information over the phone. For me to come in person and find out it was a lie. On top of all of that, the man who lied through the phone (Juan) tried to act like he wasn’t the one I spoke to. He told me his name on the phone. Very unprofessional

  I have shopped at this location for over a year. They treat me with respect. More than that they treat me like family. I am not hispanic but they don't care. I get great deals. If something happens they work with me. I will continue to shop here and no other pawn shop! As long as Evelyn and Brian work here! This is where I will shop!
