  15 days from listing to close! Adam and his team broke the record sales price for a 1 bedroom in all of the Mission Valley Zip Code. Being the Seller, this was great news! Adam and his team are very experienced, professional and were always available for questions we had along the way. We actually bought this same condo in 2016 using Adam as our buyers agent. I can attest that he was an excellent agent as a buyer and now I can attest that he was equally amazing as a sellers agent. Adam provided a smooth and worry-free experience.   Working with Adam was such a pleasure! My sister and parent's both worked with Adam in the past which is how I knew to reach out to him when I was ready to buy. As a first time buyer, the whole process was a bit overwhelming. Adam answered all of the many questions I had. Any time of day, he was available and was always on top of scheduling viewings asap when I was interested in a property.   We were referred to Ken and Adam (Tidal Realty/Finance Any1) via a trusted friend. The goal was to refinance our home and capitalize on the low interest rates. We knew refinances came with a lot of headaches, paperwork and hours of phone calls, follow up, missed deadlines, and waiting for response times. We were wrong. Ken, Adam and their team provided a refinance experience unlike any we'd ever had. Everything was seamlessly completed via an automated platform (no mounds of paperwork). We never had to follow up; in fact, Adam kept us informed of next steps at every point along the way (no missed deadlines).   Amazing Experience, Adam got me close to 2% fixed for 30 years, it is nice to work with a Loan Officer that has access to hundreds of lenders where he picks the best lender that offers the lowest rate real time. so much better than the quotes I got from lenders that only could offer 1 product. The process was simple online drag and click to a secure site. It was too easy, I referred him to a friend that after their refinance they saved over 800.00 per month. I feel that it has been an opportunity to work with someone that isn't blowing their horn all over the airwaves as the highest volume or lowest price lender with conditions that most will not qualify for. Adam got me a lower rate than all those teaser adds and he takes pride in working with a few people at a time to provide the highest quality service out there.
