  I took my Jeep in for oil change and to review the same complaint, lots of play in the steering and driving.. Without my authorization, the tires were rotated, I billed, when I objected, I was rudely told I would need to wait until my rep came back from lunch. I asked for the manager to call me, still no call. The wait to pick up my vehicle was tedious, two other reps were standing around, one complaining she needed to leave at two to the other. I now sold the jeep the next day the experience was so lacking.. I am giving them one more day then calling my credit card company.

  I loved our experience today!! Was actually fun shopping for a car, my husband and the sales guy hit it off great! The reviews that talk about poor customer service seem to be on the car service side not on the buying side of things!! Finance was super slow though which is where we had to wait a little too long for my liking. I was willing to because this was our first car! We got $500 for our trade in, which was great I would have liked a $1,000 but $500.00 is perfect and helped with our principle amount. Overall it was great, now hopefully my experience with the service department is good to! And the negative comments about that don't affect my experience!!

  I scheduled an appointment and was on time to get an Diagnostic on my vehicle! I was told that they would need my vehicle for at least one day which was fine with me. However I never received any phone calls the next day stating the status of my vehicle I called multiple times with no success speaking with the service guy.I went down there to check on my vehicle and to my surprise my vehicle has not even been looked at. This was very poor service since I actually scheduled an appointment and was not told that they would need my vehicle for two days so I just took my vehicle and left customer service as far as the car is concern was very poor! Don’t think that I will be returning my car back to that particular dealership! I might add that there was not even an diagnostic check done at all. My car just sat there for a whole day

  I'd rate 3.5 stars if the review platform would allow for it, but I'll round up since the service advisor, Alicia, was extremely courteous (and there's complimentary Uber service to Westfield Mall). I don't mind paying for good service, but even I find $450 in labor for brake replacement (front ceramic pads, rotors) to be exorbitant. I don't doubt there's some degree of labor involved, but this is excessive for what was apparently 40 minutes of work for this particular concern. There were other concerns too, but these were routine maintenance items that I expected to pay for, and were nowhere near the per-hour cost of the brakes. Alicia was awesome and threw in a discount, for which I'm thankful (another reason for me to round up). If anything, I'm now inspired to learn how to maintain brakes on my own so I can save on labor. Even I don't charge $675 an hour for my time!

  Love this place - the take amazingly good care of people and vehicles. I had a 1030 appointment for standard check up service, arrived at 9am and was promptly seen. The work on the car was done by 1030 and the job was well done!

  My service experience was excellent, as usual. I have been a regular customer at San Diego Jeep service department for over 18 years, and I can’t remember a single time that I have been disappointed. The staff is always professional, knowledgable and friendly, and my most recent appointment was no exception....
