  Carter, Grant and Brent KNOW their job VERY well...and that's taking care of their clients. We are first time home buyers and the details of every step they provided truly made us feel at ease. All are super thorough and detailed. They answered all of our questions. Advised us when we needed advise. Answered all of our calls, texts, emails almost immediately. We purchased out of state and it felt like they were next to us holding our hands every step of the way. To top it off, we got an amazing interest rate locked in! Thank you all again from our family to you three for making our dream into reality.

  I worked with Doug Siebenthal with American Pacific Mortgage and he was truly amazing. I was looking into a new community with a preferred lender, and it was not a great experience. I felt like one of many clients trying to get this agents attention. So last minute, I switched to Doug. I had worked with Doug while looking for single family homes and the attention to detail he had to my loan as well as to me and my situation was top notch. He listened, reached out to me all throughout the process and since I had switched lenders, was able to get all of the deadlines met ahead of schedule. Made a stressful situation bearable. If you want someone who has your best interests at heart, I whole heartedly recommend Doug. He went above and beyond for me and my family.

Her communication, knowledge of the business and personal attention to your details make her the obvious choice for anyone looking to buy or refi.   Sonny was just a gem during this whole process. I originally reached out to see how much I could afford and he was even able to connect me with a real estate agent. He was very communicative, found the best way to close fast with minimal paperwork, and overall this was a smooth and stressfree process. Highly recommend to any other buyers looking for a lender. Was pre-approval to close in <45 days!!!

  Top notch professional. Mr. Rieger was very patient about explaining the process and costs of my two refi’s. Recently, I came across a lower cost offer and he invited me to provide details and in the end encouraged me to pursue the competing company as it would be cheaper. (He joked he might go with them) In the end his offers were close enough (maybe a touch more expensive) that I ended up going with his company as I deeply appreciated his willingness to go through each cost line by line. (Remember, I was looking at another company’s offer!) He was patient and NEVER disparaged the other company when weighing offers. The competing company either was unable or unwilling to explain their costs that i felt uncomfortable in pursing their offer any further. Bob was patient and transparent in each step of the way. I found myself saving money, being better educated, and always comfortable by going with Mr. Rieger.

  Friendly, personable, and consistent communication! From beginning to end, Kelly Goertzen made our re-fi experience a smooth and informed one.
