  A friend who had her house refinanced referred me to Juan Hernandez. He responded to my initial inquiry professionally which after few inquiries I decided to go through the process. Juan responds well to questions, provides updates when necessary. His quality of service is excellent. It’s worth recommending Juan to a friend.

  We recently had Kris Johnson assist us with our house refinance. Kris was amazing help throughout the ENTIRE process. He was always quick to respond, even through the pandemic. Kris was exceptional at explaining all the details along the way. He never left us unaware of what was going on through his continuous communication. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking to refinance their home. You won't be disappointed at all. Even all the way to the end when our loan was bought by another company they didn't get us our new loan docs until way past the first payment due but Kris helped us out and we were able to get our online account set up easily and get the payment in before the late fee due date!   Working with Jakob Zalman was a very pleasant experience. At first, I thought it was a scam because of the very low interest rates that was quoted to me. It was not! This company cut my interest rates in half so my home would be paid for in 10 years instead of 20. That is a major accomplishment for me, and can be for you also if you contact them during this fragile time! Everything worked out great and very fast. Jakob Zalman was very proffesional and answered every question I had. He was very well trained in his job. He was a pleasure to work with. I hope all others are as great as he was but I would definitely reccommend him as your broker. He will always answer your phone calls in a very timely manner and explain every detail if you are confused with the process. A personal "Thank You" to Jacob Zalman for his support through this expedient process. You are the greatest! Global....give this guy a bonus for his proffesionalism!

  Working with Frankie Torres and Will Stump was a positive experience not like our previous refinance experience with Quicken Loans.They both were professional, answered every concerns we had, kept us in the loop of what is next or any paperwork we needed to submit, and not once we were told something that was not accurate or made us feel questionable.   I didn't think it was possible to refinance and save money but global equity finance was great. James Noonan was a great help and very responsive and reliable. 100% recommend global equity finance.

  Grant Clarke Eorio Is an Executive Mortgage Consultant with Global Equity Finance. He worked with me securing a refinance on my home. I was very pleased with the service his company provided and could not of expected any better service than that which Grant provided. He kept me informed all along the process, which was quicker than I thought it would be.
