  The manager refused to help the new hire associate to verify my check being cashed. He was completely lost and made me feel like I was trying to commit a crime. They even cashed several large checks for me when I was younger and still took almost an hour. After providing everything they need. I asked for the check back but they refused saying it's almost ready,then after making me wait another 20 mins they finally cashed it. It was a terrible experience!

  The customer service I get at the hills and 40th is nice. The Spanish ladies there are helpful and polite. They do a great job. Thank you.

  Be willing to help me because I have neuropathy in my arms and hands do to a neck injury and it's hard for me to use the stylus to move the information down to keep on moving forward in the loan process

  Extremly rude cashier with zero manners . Was asked to pay $69 for a $61 teco bill. I understand fees but learn your math sweetheart. I never leave reviews but the level of unprofessionalism and nasty attitudes was review worthy. She had glasses and a mustache, maybe that was the reason for such bitterness but please don’t add bad energy to my day because you don’t like your job.
