  TESHIA was so warm welcoming when i came in helped me set every thing up and had a good laugh because we both drive the same exact car and i thought her was my car but then realized it wasn't mine when it wouldn't unlock haha lol

  First time I went it was a great experience the young man in there was super helpful and nice. I came into today and “Kathy” was working and she was so rude and condescending and made sure she mentioned she’s been with the company twelve years and didn’t know why my past experiences with other employees involved them “not doing their job”. Ive probably left two reviews my whole life and I had to make sure to review this place solely for the purpose of just because you have an employee that’s loyal to the company doesn’t mean their great employees. Maybe you guys she do some more training on customer service and allow some trust between client and customer and not everyone is trying to bounce checks and be fraudulent. Won’t be coming back lol.

  The girl, office manager, didn't know and would not listen to me while I tried to explain to her about the Deluxe eCheck. She told me that they couldn't cash it. I called Deluxe and they told me to take it to Ace. I explained that they would not cash it because she couldn't verify it! It is a legal check! Someone needs updated on the checks out there!

  As a full time student and working mother, I look for convenience and good service when dealing with funds. This location delivered on both. I truly appreciate the services that are provided. I had no issues and was treated kindly and warmly welcomed. 5 stars all the way around!!!!

  If you get a cash advance at this place, be sure to pay back, because if you run into difficulty as I have the people they hire for debt collection have no issue with calling everyone they can and harass them. I'm not talking about reference you give them, they will track down your family members and harass them DAILY. Pretty sure that's illegal!
