  Firefighters is the best! Sumintra and Sue have helped me with refinancing and loans that have tremendously helped me with my financial goals. Ana and Sarah are always super helpful and friendly. Basically you need to give everyone there a raise!

  Lots of wonderful benefits from joint a credit union, but this credit union has some of the best benefits. From earning interest on your checking account to the kids seeing a match to their penny banks up to $5.00 a month. Their interest rates are hard to beat, shop around and compare. I think the staff is great, I have rarely gone in there and not been greeted by name. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bank or credit union to consider the closest Firefighters Community Credit Union as their new financial resource.

  Gave my sister a hard time when mom died she in account joint would not let her take out money. Not good my dad was on board for yrs. I wuld never bank there. I'd give mgr piece of my mind

  By far the best experience I've had with my banking. The advantages of being apart of FFCCU are above and beyond my experiences with Firstmerit. My wife even frequents my bank because her credit union is tied to the same network. Plus the location is the easiest to get in and out of here in North Ridgeville.

  Hi, Joe. Thank you for your feedback. We took your review to heart, did our internal due diligence, and want to ensure you it did not go unnoticed. Providing great customer service for our members is really important to us. We apologize if there was any confusion in how our credit union processes and disperses auto loans. As a membership-based organization, it is critical that we have internal processes and procedures that protect and serve our members. In the experience you had, our teammate Margaret was simply following credit union procedures to protect a member and prioritized the members needs over that of Mike Bass Ford. At times, it can be frustrating for sales people, like yourself, who are energetic to get the keys of shiny news cars into the hands of buyers. That being said, we establish our policies and procedures so our members can have a better customer experience. That is what happened in the situation you are expressing frustration over. It is our hope that you can understand how much we value our members and work to protect their best interests and those of the credit union.
