  Was running super late after work today and made it to Ace last minute and Mrs. Claudia was extremely helpful even though I was unorganized and missing some paper work she had the patience and helped guide me thru everything to process. Thank you Claudia!!! I can't say it enough...in a world full of angry and bitter people they've showed me we still have kind and helpful customer service we can count on! Great job having Claudia in your team Ace Cash Express!

  I went into Ace the other day and let me tell you..I met the sweetest young ladies. I believe their names were, Claudia and Lupita. They were really helpful and just gave outstanding customer service. I will definitely be going back.

  I just moved to Irving, 1st time being at this location and it's very clean! Walked right in, cashed my check and paid my rent. Lupita has great customer service! She's very friendly and welcoming. I was in and out, fast and Friendly service!! Thanks, Lupita! I'll put out a good word for this location! I'll Most definitely be bk again!!
