  I wanted to share my experience. Due to a family emergency I sought out this loan and I must say the process went smoothly and I left the office feeling better about it all. Ms. Sam was very professional, her up beat vibe and most importantly her customer service was more than exceptional. I must say the new Manager was also on point and prompt when processing my application. This location is your best bet to get what your looking for in a loan!

  The process is super easy. Upload all your documents online and come in the office to complete it. Keysha got me in and out within 10 minutes and very professional. This place helped me when no one else would! Thank you.

  I got a letter on Monday in regards to a loan. So I applied on a Monday did not hear back so I called on Tuesday at 9 am I was told by Latasha she would call me back she gathered all my information. By 3 pm I had not gotten a call back so I called back and another girl said she would work on my file get it over to management for approval and call me back. Never got a call back so here we are on Wednesday. I noticed that I had a hard inquiry pull on my credit report for yesterday soooo I called again spoke with Latasha who said she would work on my application right now they are really busy and give me a call back. I told her that would have been nice to know Monday yet I kept getting the run around. I advised her to just cancel everything, I don’t want to deal with company who is already giving out misleading information from the beginning.
