  Went to pull a hundred and sixty off my account like I do almost every week. However the woman working there Dotty didn't ask me the amount back like all the others workers do but i didn't think of it at the moment. She says press the green button like they normally do after asking to verify the amount and having never had a issue before and since she didn't act like she had a problem hearing me I hit it as it pop up on the screen and didn't make out how much was on before it flashed off from hitting the button. I looked over to my phone for a second and looked back to see her counting out way too much. I quickly asked how much she took out. She said "Four hundred and sixty dollars." To which I replied by telling her that was not the right amount and that i need the rest of it on my account to make my car payment and a few auto payments. And she told me that'd I would have to pay the three dollars to put it back. So now i paid a withdrawal fee that I shouldn't have been charged and an extra fee because she wasn't doing her job correctly. I will be pulling all my money from my saving and checking from the flare cards they offer and never go into another ace again I will now gladly go out of my way to drive to some other business then give my business to someone trying to make me pay for their mistakes. As well as letting anyone I know that mentions ace to watch out for them trying to make you pay a bunch of falsely charged fees.

  I've been coming to this location for a few months now and I have to say it is a pleasure each and everytime I stop in. The 3 employees that Ive had interactions with go above and beyond to make sure Its a good experience everytime. If you need any type of money service I highly recommend using ACE.

  Very friendly service! I had been to several check cashing places and all of them didn't exert the necessary effort to help me with my situation. The representative at this location on Ridgewood in Datyona Beach was a real superhero... I had a flight to catch that I thought I'd have to go home without cashing the check and paying my rent before the flight (which could have led to an eviction) but she gave my case her all and even signed me up for a flare account to make direct deposit the better option for me in the future. I am very satisfied with her, and will likely go to her for all of my financial needs. Thanks a bunch!

  Dan is the man. He seems to do things that I would really only do for a loved one lol. If there's a problem with your card he'll promptly call the number or call and ask to speak to an associate or read look up on the computer or almost like he's a mechanic winding down and what the problem is
