  I walked in and was immediately and very kindly greeted by Valerie. She asked me how I was doing on that fine day, and our entire interaction was influenced by her positivity and kind demeanor. I would not have expected this given my experience at other ACE Cash Express locations. Thank you for making my day, Valerie!!   I love this Ace Cash Express! Paying bills is already a chore but walking into this store is a breath of fresh air. Valerie is amazing , she changed my entire attitude for the better. No matter how many Aces I see I will always s drive here because of the PURE KINDNESS SHOWN TO HARDWORKING PEOPLE! THANKS VALERIE your customer service is priceless.

  Valerie was amazing. I was On my way! To Dallas when I had car trouble and not enough cash to get it fixed. I only had a check which of course was out of state. Called before going in and the initial conversation was so welcoming. I had to Uber to location and didn’t want to get there and have a problem. Valerie helped make a bad day into a blessed one. The customer service that she provided me almost made me forget that I was having car trouble and that alone speaks a lot. Thank you so much Ms. Valerie. I hope this review makes you choose this Ace Cash over the competitors, and when you stop by ask for Valerie.

  Been an ace debit/flare card holder for over 10 years and Valerie at this location is top notch! Very good customer service! This is the best location so please dont send Valerie anywhere else!!

  Words cannot express how clutch Ms. Valerie came in for me, this is the best ACE you can come to you get everything you need even when you think things may not work they will help you find a way to help you. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and drive up to this Ace Cash Express!

  I am a business owner and have been using Ace for many years. They are very friendly and extremely professional. I had the pleasure of meeting a new employee who had only been there a week but her customer skills were superb! Her name is Valerie and she always has a smile on her face in the 2 visits I had dealings with her. The entire team at this store is always welcoming. Also, met their manager Christine who was making sure Valerie was following protocol and getting her ready to be a certified teller. I appreciate the experience I get on each visit. You don't find customer service like this in those big banks! Keep up the great work guys!
