  Horrible service! This place made a MISTAKE and still had the nerve to be rude and take thier time to resolve the MISTAKE thier employee made!! Worst customer service ever don't waste your time and energy your better off driving to another place where they value thier JOB! Matt was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL Nikki made the mistake! Seems like Ace enjoys having ignorant people work for them while trying to maintain"great customer service" RIDICULOUS!

  Went to ace cash to ask for a loan. The lady there (shivangi) she was very nice explained me everything that I needed. I would recommend everyone to visit that store.

  So Mara is such a professional. She got me in and out fairly quickly and even assisted in reading my card numbers to me when i entered them in wrong over the phone! I came straight from a long day of work hot tires and irritated that my card wasnt working. Her positivity made my day. Thank you Mara for your help. Your a sweet person and i will be returning! I've returned here months later and I was not helped by Mara but by some one else. This lady talked wayyy too much which was frustrating waiting in line just hearing her talk to the people in front of me.
