  I have had to take out a few loans and I have worked with Sara Ortiz who offered the best customer service I have ever encountered. She was polite and very knowledgeable. She is an absolute joy and Ace should be proud to have such an great employee. Thank you.

  I went to another location and purchased an Elite card the agent was more interested in explaining to me how to give her 10’S on the survey she did not explain the card or features she did not even offer me a choice of the type of card I could choose she said you will be getting a pink card I told her no that’s not what I wanted I want the green one. She also somehow put my maiden name on the card. This was a HUGH embarrassment to my current husband I have since closed the account and will no longer do business at that location I’ve opened a new elite account which fits my needs better and the service associate Saray was extremely helpful in solving all my problems and answering all of my questions she was very professional and I appreciate her very much !!!

  Colfax and chambers store 84. O was have a very unorganized day but had to pay bills right after work.. Saray was the very kind lady who helped me organize and calmed me down. Even with people in line which made me more nervous, she worked my work business transactions out seamlessly. She got me to smile and laugh wow I need help badly and she saw that and took care business. She also greeted the other customers and reassured them she would be right with them. I just love people who there jobs especially when your working with other peoples money. Thank you so much Saray you ROCK just as cool as a cucumber. Thank you Saray. I will continue to do my business with this store.

  Saray was extremely helpful everytime I have been in, She has represented Ace Cash Express to the highest standards and does it in the warmest most professional way possible. I would highly recommend going into this location if you need to get started with anything they offer!

  They lady Saray (I hope I spelled it correctly) did wonders for me I’m glad she was able to help me with all my needs oh and not to forget it was quick fast and in a timely manner. I will most definitely be going back for service like that 👍🏾
