  I have gone there every single day this week INCLUDING today and what do you know, THEY HAVE NO MONEY YET AGAIN FOR THE 4th time this week… 5 stars because the male behind the glass got cussed out by a customer because he told them they have no money for his withdraw and I felt bad. I’m taking my business elsewhere, and so did about 8-10 college kids who walked out with me!

  The manager Shi is amazing. She always helps me with all my transactions. She's always friendly and kind with a great sense of humor. I enjoy seeing her and try to come in only when she's there.

  Ace Cash Express has always been helpful to me, from money orders to check cashing. Even when the line is long, the employees are friendly and efficient. The cashier, Alicia, greeted me with a warm welcome and handled my transaction quicker than I imagined. I strongly recommend Ace Cash Express to any and everyone out there!!!

  Walked in, rep had a line of customers. She managed two windows at one time, very efficient. Was in and out within 3 minutes. Will be visiting again to continue to pay my bills with Shy.

  I come here on a monthly basis to pay my bills and obtain money orders. The manager Shi IS amazing, she’s always attentive and quick! Today I went to get my usual, and not only was Shi there, but the other employee Dennis was there. They are the dream team that every ace should have. Both are quick without being rushed and both are knowledgeable and personable.

  Fire the older female employee that was working on December 6 at the Knott's Abbott location in West Columbia SC . , because I would have been able to get my check cashed on the third of December instead to pay my landlord in Texas .Other than that I was extremely satisfied with the lady on 2324 Taylor street in Columbia SC between the hours of 2&5.

  Impolitely Inconvenienced me due to a mistaken on their (his) end without an apology or even the common decency to explain to me why I was being slighted. Will never go back solely because of the way the man behind the counter cavalierly handled a rightfully disgruntled customer.
