  When I arrived at the store and walked in the young lady behind the thick glass was very welcoming I explained to her what I needed and she got right to work after about 10 minutes she said ok I have some money I need to give you I asked her name and it’s shakria please if you need help she’s the one thank you shakria

  My mother and I have had a troubling time to say the very least when attempting to cash her economic impact payment. The check arrived in my mother previous last name from her last marriage. We still had on our person's plenty of documents validating my mothers identity to which we were sure we would have no issues getting said check cashed however, it took 4 long days and several institutions and one amazing employee with a professional conducts and an infectious smile to get the job done! Thank you Shakira!
