  Isn’t a Pawn Shop also for making deals; I mean where did the “Let’s Make Deal” Era go to!? Only been here a couple times. One time I inquired about a sound bar, that they have multiples of (different brands) as well as those that have 1/4” dust built up on them. I notice an item priced $199 but also notice on all their tags 5 dates displayed: (month/day): Reduced Price, so I inquired within. So I was told “We don’t go by those, idk, but we don’t!” One reduced price was last month that knocked $50 off this particular item, but u don’t go by this!!! Huh,🤔, so ur displaying different price points in which the shop HAD this item greatly reduced, only to return to near full ask!? So again, where & & why don’t they bargain a bit, for gosh sakes, people are well aware that pawn shops burn their candles at both ends. So for now I guess it’s a lose lose

  My girl walked in tried to sell her brand new laptop with receipts and they said since she wiped it clean she couldn’t prove it was hers? This is before she actually tried to show the paperwork. I also know one can use license , address basically anything to link you to that item incase it was stolen. Also before you even sell it , you sign an agreement. before that I sold things before no license no questions asked from the same store

  Not knowledgeable of gold. Took several 10k chains and they did a test saying that the chains were metal. So when you have gold the highest being 24 karats 10k is 10 parts gold and 14 parts metal. Not that it's not gold. I would not recommend this place.

  Customers should be warned that if you buy a item on layaway and then cancel it they WILL NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT. They will take a $16 restocking fee and will ONLY be allowed store credit for buy something else in the store. I went back the next day and was told this after buying several items from the store before and never being told this policy. The case is simple, if you give them a dime they will keep it NO WHAT. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

  I've been going here for years but will never come back after their "Policy Change" in January of 2020. The policy is now that of you can ONLY get store credit if you return a item, change, cancel or move your deposit and you will be charged a $16 restocking fee that's taken from your "store credit" It's a complete scam and shame on them for taking advantage of the community!

  Do NOT try to sell electronics here. They apparently don't know anything about what they're selling, comparing a brand new, 2017 PC to an old macbook produced in 2007.....Not even close in the price. A couple of the people were nice, the others were extremely rude and sarcastic.

  As much as I didn't want to I went to pawn some gold I had. Customer service was great until the manager seem to have a sour attitude due to me changing my mind from a loan to selling the gold. Customer service needs to be #1.

  Been a customer for years and they and have no complaints..they are fair and staff is courteous..nice selection of merchandise also
