  LaKesha Gordon is a great asset to ACE!! She is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and exhibits a high level of Customer Service. I have never experienced seeing her ever in a bad mood EVER!! If she’s having a bad day, you will never know it. Her demeanor is ALWAYS pleasant.   Have more than 1 cashier at a time. If someone is renewing a loan, it takes time. It may be someone behind them that only wants to make a simple withdrawal that only takes a minute versus the time they'll have to wait for the loan to be completed.
