  Do not buy a car for here!!!! They gave me a car that engine was bad the day it was dropped off! They then put another engine in the car and three weeks later it blew up on the side of the expressway. They then went to put another engine in my car and caused an electrical problem in my car. They charge me $500 a month for a 2013 Malibu and have had it for months replacing engines in the car. They are extremely unprofessional. Sales people on pills slurring words. Call and harass you every Friday. John the mechanic will lie to you about when your car ready and just keep putting you off. Thousands of dollars into this car in just a few months and here I am with no car. The worst experience from the moment the car stopped at the first stop sign I drove it to!

  I just had the most wonderful experience with Cameron. She was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Even though there were a few system “glitches” she kept me informed and apologized for the additional time that was taken. She even called an insurance company for me and got me taken care of! Cameron - a big THANK YOU for your help today. I was NOT expecting to get anything today but you went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in something nice. I am forever thankful and appreciative of all you’ve done!

  I purchased a car on 10/20/21 and by 10/23/21 the car started running hot, engine light came on and a few other lights. I tried to reach out to the sales person Antuan and the manager Becky and neither have returned my calls, text or email. I think I might need to get a lawyer involved! they sold me a lemon and that's not right! Cont. Becky & their warranty department has since reached out to me and they are now going to pick up the car and repair it

  I purchased a car January 19, 2021... I picked the car up in Olive Branch on the 20th... Don’t know the young man name that was working that day but he honestly wasn’t any help. I told him I purchased a car with Courtney he said ok and told me where the car was and that everything was in the car. I had to fill out my own drive out so I had to search for a marker and tape. Turned the car on, no gas and the tire pressure light was on. I told him and he stated it’s just the sensor... umm ok! Drove the car for two days and always smelled like something was burning. Finally noticed in my driveway that I had oil spots. I called IFinance and they gave me the mechanic number and I called him. He sent me to gateway and they fixed the leaked. Later on that night the check engine light comes on... take it to Auto Zone and it reads out a lot wrong. So now I have a car that I’m over paying for that I have to constantly figure out what’s wrong with it on a daily that I barely had for 2 weeks. I don’t know if they put this car together or what but my seats all lifts up like literally , my head lights barely work and Now my tags are out and no one discussed anything about what you suppose to do about tags. I called IFinance and she states that my salesperson should I have told me and that I will have to pay for them so call your salesperson back.. At this point I shouldn’t be going through this much. It should be illegal to do people like that and my contract don’t state As Is... so why must I go through so much with a car that I’m paying so much for. I’m strongly looking into talking to a lawyer because I haven’t had the car a month. I purchased in MS but a resident in TN

  Everything was fine except the $299 advertisement for the down payment, it's actually more than that. But overall it was easy to get a vehicle just not the one I wanted! Courtney did everything she could to make sure I got a vehicle.

  I had such a great experience today with I Finance.. I had Derrick helping me and he was more than wonderful.. He explained everything and answered all of my questions.. Which I certainly had alot of them as I've never bought a car online.. Derrick was very patient and understanding with me.. I had surgery today and was a bit cranky but he made it so easy.. Our new baby arrives tomorrow.. Thank you so much Derrick.. I'm sure we are going to love it..
