  I was disrespected and treated like an annoyance because of the color of the ink in my pen. Profanity is not okay in a customer serving facility either. Other than this instance, yall are great.

  Ask if I want the prepaid debit card instead of processing it and giving it to me. I did not request it. The CSR was nice and professional but I wish she would have informed me ahead of time about the card. I went to cash a couple of checks and not be bothered by another debit sell. The fees were a little high for my checks but the overall experience was great.
