  The first place which is on Cleveland the first young lady I talked to was a nice young lady but the second one that she was training she needs some help she don't know how to talk to the customer she got a nasty mouth and I won't be going back there again... But the second Ace I went to which is off of 3rd that young lady was an angel me and her had a nice time I enjoyed her y'all need more people like her..

  Great customer service.only dilemma I. Have is the fees. When loading your card. Purchasing a card there is a monthly fee. Taking money off your card is a fee. Cashing a check is a fee. Of all not enough overdraft money as a option when a person has regular deposits every month. I have three accounts with ace. Which I love the convenience. One more thing receiving your money days ahead of payday is great. Last we would like a monthly statement send by mail each month and the representative should be able to access our accounts during any transactions. That cuts out having to call holding the lines up. However those are some of which I due believe need to change. Over all I like the fact of convenience.
