  Usually I get loans in the northridge location never have had a problem sometimes come here because they open earlier. I encounter the new manager Alejandra very rude old lady thinks she’s the owner of the company Don’t come here if you want to get mistreated by the new management .. they open at 9:00am I came in at 9:14am and mad that I was there early! opening late the store worst ace cash express ever....If you don’t want the customer to come at 9 than open more later.. the reason why I making this review she wanted my phone and only time she was nice to give her self a good review.. this company needs better management or training on being humble. Should open northridge location more earlier so the customers don’t have the same issues with this new management! Worst management and ps it covid she shouldn’t insist in touching people’s phones for a good review

  The service at This location is impeccable Alejandra is one of the best customer service agents that I met in a long time and I work in customer service so for me saying that that's a big thing she even went so far as to keep my phone for me after I forgot it when I left she tried to call me on my other phone but I didn't answer and then when I came back she had it for me waiting and she said I tried to call you but the people there are honest they are efficient and respectful and I love their customer service and I will always refer everyone to them all the time from now on

  Great service from Karen and Diana, I always see them working hard, when I come to this store I find difficult customers almost all the time but I see Karen and Diana handling with so much care , efficiency, and professionalism , they are the best , the communication they have is incredible, I will kick out those customers at once , but this beautiful ladies know exactly how to handle it , they really deserve everything from this company because of how much they put into it, specifically with this crazy customers!!!

  Perfect service ! Amazing job Karen and Diana are always helping us , my mom cashes her check with them, and when we go to this store those awesome girls are always with a great smile helping us, sometimes they have a big line and damn their fast ! We will come back over and over again ... my mom loves them ...

  Very poor service. Every time I deal with a certain lady she never knows what to do. I've been cashing checks with ace for over 5 years now. Getting confirmation on my work checks this late is out of the question. I'm a repeat customer. Why would you need this ? I will discontinue my service with Ace.
