  I go to Ace very often, store #3278 . They have very nice employees there and always excellent customer service. Raphael is an amazing employee who is always there. He knows his customers on a first name basis which makes you feel welcome. It's always a pleasant trip to this check cashing store. So much that I'm taking the time to write about it. I would recommend this Ace Cash Express. Very Professional,fast and always helpful.Thank you Raphael and your team!

  I've been a customer of ACE for quite some time and have always received top notch service as well as fantastic products. Today I was attended to buy Sol , he customer service were definitely above and beyond with seeing to my needs and those in the store from a pleasant greeting and acknowledgement that she would be right with each customer . She made it a point to give me knowledge of your flair card and its benefits and perks. Although I didn't have her activate one for me right then I will be the next time I'm in the store. Sol was very good with making sure I understood every aspect of the policies and procedures surrounding my transaction getting me taken care of in a timely manner .

  Vania was filling in for the irresponsibly absent regular employee of the store on Curry Ford. It seemed as though dealing with a new person would further delay my plans for the evening but I, reluctantly, soon found out that anything I had planned would be happening according to whomever the hell scheduled it. Everything was going well because of how incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and charming Vania happened to be. She knew exactly what needed to be done to solve my issue and, even though she was out of her usual element, had it resolved quickly. I appreciate the cash express team when they treat me like a human. It means something.
