  Please do your homework. This company is not worth working with them. Too many consistent errors on their part where I now have to take time to fix. I am now working on getting a new company to assist me with my debit.

  Excellent customer service. Keeps us informed each month and contacts us with tips on how to keep up with your credit. Made us feel very comfortable and our rep had a great sense of humor, and with me, that goes a long way to putting me in my comfort zone. Definitely would recommend.

  I used this service and paid off all my debt in about 3 years. They got all interest rates down to <10% and they paid the ones highest interest rates first. It was great because they managed everything and took one ACH payment every month and then paid each credit card. There was a nominal service fee. Awesome company!

  We worked with InCharge Debt Solutions for 3 years and were extremely happy with how they helped us pay off our credit card debt. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get out of debt. My sister used them first to get out of debt. That's how we heard about them. They are highly reputable.

  I contacted this company for an inquiry about debt consolidation. They set up an account, reviewed my credit history and set up a budget. I was told unless I signed a release my creditors would not be contacted. Also, my account was on hold to not proceed with this process. Yet my creditors were contacted without my permission. They also charge a monthly fee that is 20% of your payment. Now I have to contact my creditors and get this taken off of my credit report because of their negligence. They are quick to cover there asses and close your account for you to fix their mess.

  InCharge helped my dad pay off his credit card balances. His cards were paid off through their Debt Management Program in 2 years. I am thankful for their assistance!
