  Always helpful a lot of transitions happen in this location. Staff is always friendly and yes they speak spanish so if you do as well and they speak to you using that language you shouldn't feel negative in fact you should feel at home that is what Latin people do.

  They make you give them your SSN to cash a check! They also charge some $3 fee for "signing up" that they don't disclose. The employees barely speak English and think just because I am Hispanic I will happily join them in speaking Spanish. I won't. Just because I am of Latino decent doesn't mean I don't speak English. That is highly insulting.

  Staff refused to tell me what their check cashing fee was prior to visiting the store location. This would have been my first time being a customer of ACE cash advance. Never going to happen now. $3 to cash my check at Walmart, no hassle over the phone.

  I had a good experience with the cash advance I received and the amount of time they give you to repay it back and the interest they charge was fair I would definitely recommend Ace Cash Express to others

  Ok,I'm aware of a waiting process,but 30 minutes in line??and nobody in front of me?? If you enjoy slow, uneducated, service just to cash a check,then you are in luck,THIS IS THE PLACE!

  This is the worst Ace I have ever been to. I always have to wait 15-30min in line because there is only ever 1 person working. On a good day maybe there will be 2.

  The child left alone in the store said she needed to verify my paycheck, as I came here for the first time. Instead of calling my job, which employs over 400 people in west central florida, she calls the payroll company contracted to cut the checks, which is closed at 6:00, the time I am trying to cash the check. The store manager came in and duely noted to me that the situation is that they cannot call numbers not in their database, and just so hapoens whatever number they have, goes no where. Good luck with this ghetto, non technology savvy, information outdated company.
