  Boyd and his wife teamwork made it seemed as tho they took a priority on my loan. They were quick with the process and got me the best rate available when other lenders claimed it but couldn’t. Best thing was they ran all numbers prior to pulling me and my wife’s credit So we can make the decision without risk of our report getting hit.

  I contacted 10 or 12 different companies in reference to refinancing my V.A. loan. I told each what I was interested in and the maximum interest and APR i could pay and still figure it worth while. Several had the same interest rate, but only one was in the ballpark for closing costs and I had already closed when they finally got me their information. Accredited Mortgage was quickly upfront with all costs and rates and closed in just over 2 weeks. They saved me both money and time

  Ann Durham and Boyd Byerly, are not only professionals, but are lovely to work with and have the knowledge and experience. Boyd worked as our mortgage broker and you may ask why choose a broker? The biggest advantage is that he was able to evaluate multiple quotes for us. Our home shopping/ mortgage approval process was incredibly smooth. You know that that you will be in great hands. From the house hunting perspective, Ann was amazing and she really got a sense of our needs and wants in a home, even in our modest budget. She was so accessible and answered every single one of my questions.
