  Excellent experience. I'd never sold jewelry before, but Amanda was very professional and sweet. I have to admit the process made me nervous, having never sold jewelry outright like this, but everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend Accent. Thanks so much.

  Accent is where to go if you want to be treated like a real person. They don't care about how much you're looking to sell or to buy. They care about you. Why? Because they're smart! After all, caring about customers is where loyal customers come from. Selling? They'll give you a fair price and explain how they got it. Buying? They'll help you find it. And if they don't have it, they'll help you find someone who does. I mean, what more could you ask for?! Everyone there was super nice. Andrew, in particular, helped me and he'll be the first person I go to when I need help again.

  I come to Accent to get questions answered on the things I've inherited. They are all very accommodating, it's like they really care about me as a person. They give me good advice and are very helpful. I feel that I get the best price when I do sale too. Will continue to come back. I trust them and that's very important to me. Today was especially nice the young lady is dealing with something I was diagnosed with and she shared so much love with me. I was in tears because she really understand and was so helpful, like family. I pray your business grows bigger than you ever imagine.

  Went to my local jeweler with my jewelry I wanted to sell, he offered me $750, I took it by accent to get a comparison price. First offer by a gentleman was for $250. As we were leaving a lady asked if she could look at the items, she offered us $550. I was disappointed with accent and will stay with my local jeweler.

  This place is awesome! Had lots of junk, broken and gold I just didn't wear anymore. It was totally worth the drive! I've got a bank roll in my pocket and a smile on my face! If you go ask for scott. Hes a really nice guy! Thanks Accent! Much love from Mussissipp!

  I have sold gold and silver to Accent Jewelers several times. I have received the best price and was treated with courtesy & professionalism. Prior to selling to Accent I went to a different jeweler in Midtown and another in East Memphis. Accent prices were by far the best. No need to check with anyone else anymore. Accent is the #1 jewelry store in Memphis!

  I went into Accent Jewelers & Loans this afternoon after seeing a television advertisement. I saw Reva and the customer service was excellent. I went in with some scrap jewelry. I honestly wasn't expecting to receive much for it, but I figured there's no harm in stopping by. Accent Jewlers & Loans exceeded my expectations - I received over 3 times what I thought I'd get for my scraps. OVER 3 TIMES! I literally received top dollar for stuff that I thought was useless. HOOORRRAYYY! It was truly a great experience. If I ever need to sell again, they will definately be my first stop! Accent Jewelers & Loans - you all have a new customer!

  Amanda helped me with my jewelry that I had brought in some were broken necklaces and bracelet and I got a really nice price!!! I’m very happy that I decided to come to Accent Jewelers and plan on coming back soon. Everyone was so pleasant and I appreciate people like that. I also plan on telling my friends about this place.
