  I was introduced to Marci and Iberiabank Mortgage through our real estate broker. Our broker indicated her experience found that lenders who are part of the community are much more flexible, creative and responsive. All I can say is she was spot on! We had been dealing with a large nationwide lender and after giving us the final approval, they changed something rather significant after we found the home we wanted to buy and secure our loan. After contacting our broker, she indicated we should call Marci. From beginning to end, it was the smoothest transaction ever. Over and above that, Marci and her team are just a pleasure to work with. I will never deal with a nationwide lender again when there are options like Iberiabank and Marci. No need to look further!

  Marci and Allie are hands down the best to work with! My wife and I were working with Bank of America on a home loan originally - the loan officer asked us to move our closing date and then literally went on vacation and did not process our paper work. When the VP of Bank of America finally got involved he literally could have cared less about the mistake and 2 weeks from closing wanted us to move it back another 45 days! That's when our realtor got in touch with Marci, who called us at 9PM on a Tuesday to start helping us. They were over the top professional, timely and closed us in 2 weeks! I can not say enough good things about Marci, Allie and her team! We can not Thank you guys enough!
