He also assisted us in HELOC financing on our current home to make it possible to complete the purchase of our new home.   I would 100% recommend Andy when you are ready to begin looking for a new home. I contacted 5 different mortgage companies on the same day, and by far, he was the first one to contact me back, he always explained the process clearly, and he set realistic expectations. Obtaining a pre-approval letter never seemed so simple and easy, thanks mostly to Andy's quick and direct responses. His team is also reliable, attentive, and they will go the extra mile to ensure the process runs smoothly. Buying a home and getting the mortgage set up is a very stressful process, with lots of moving parts and emotional ups and downs, but at the end of the day, I wouldn't want anyone else but Andy, Jenni and Cortney as part of my team.   Andrew was instrumental in getting us into our dream home in March 2020. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. A straight shooter, he was willing to talk through any questions I had with no-nonsense answers. I appreciated that! He is also a very skilled home photographer and very quickly turned around incredible photos of the home we sold. Thanks to his photos, and Michael Jacques of Reid Realtors, that home sold in less than 48 hours!!!   Andy is so pleasant to work with! This is the second time we’ve dealt with community mortgage and him. He is great about explaining every detail or answering any questions- and I had a ton! Closing was a breeze, and most importantly fast!!!! Purchasing and/or refinancing a home can be stressful. Let him help you and make the process easier!
