  We had the pleasure of working with Emmett Traynor for our most recent mortgage. From start to finish, Emmett communicated effectively and was proactive. He was able to accomplish more in the first week we worked together than Better Mortgage was able to accomplish in nearly a month. Emmett and his team set us up to be in the best possible position for making strong offers, and he continued to improve our application each time we missed out on a property. Ultimately, Emmett's stellar reputation was a major factor in us getting an offer accepted, as the listing agent had worked with him in the past and felt that we financing was a lock knowing that Emmett would close the deal on his end within the promised timeframe. Overall, we could not be happier with the decision to work with Emmett on our mortgage needs, and we will certainly be using him in the future along with recommending him to others!

  I was referred to Emmett from a colleague on the purchase of my home. I was already working with a lender when my appraisal came back low. The only option was to cancel the transaction or see if I could get an extension and find a new lender. The sellers agreed to let me extend closing but it was a pretty short time frame. Emmett was able to come in and save this deal for me. He worked around the clock to get me approved, get an appraiser out there asap, and we were able to close within a few weeks. He has great energy and awesome attitude. I highly recommend him and his team for any of your mortgage needs! Thank you Emmett for helping this single mama provide a wonderful new home for my son. We owe you the world!

  This was our second home loan with Emmett and the experience was great. In the current market, as everyone knows...you HAVE to be quick! We always got a response right away from Emmett with all the information we needed to make our offer decisions ASAP. Clear explanations on anything we asked, and very open and honest communication.
