  1 star is not even what I would rate Bellco! I've had my car loan with them for years! Apparently for the last 6months to a year I have been paying 10$ less than I was supposed to on my loan. Instead of them letting me know, they just charged me late fees! Also, they took the money for my payments and applied it to their late fees instead of my car payment, making my payment even later, without telling me! I am switching my loan over as soon as I can! Worst service I have ever dealt with in my life!

  All the credit union tellers are very helpful and friendly Michael helped me open my checking account and he was very helpful and friendly Betsy went out of her way to make sure I understood everything about my new checking account. I have no bad comments about this credit union. Thumbs up Belco Grand junction. Thank you.

  Horrible service and negligent business practices. Was lied to on multiple occasions regarding loan account balances and status' and even had money taken out of my account without any notification. Branch manager cannot accept responsibility for the negligence of her staff, even though it has been acknowledged and apologized for on multiple occasions. The multiple low ratings on google are justified for this branch. AVOID!

  I was just there today at the Grand Junction location, one of the bankers, I believe she was a banker was extremely rude, made me feel stupid all she kept saying was No I can't do it or if I was you I'd go and refinance your car through another bank. Can't believe there is people like her. She shouldn't be working there, awful service I hope I can switch banks so I don't have to deal with Bellco ever again!

  Not a bad place to bank. Better than wells Fargo. The manager has been closing at 3:30 instead of 4 and has a terrible attitude. That is why I will be taking my banking elsewhere next week.

  My employer kept bouncing paychecks to me, never in my life have I written a bad check. I went through the ATM and it ate my card, I went inside and said that the ATM ate my card and the MANAGER said, "yep and we won't be giving you a new one." in front of a line of clients. She accused me of writing bad checks and FROZE my bank account for a 3 day weekend and suggested, "you better ask your employer for some money to get you through the weekend." I'm not the one to write a bad review but they do not care about what clients they lose or keep. I will NEVER recommend going to this bank. Ever. Save your humility.

  Most banks seem to need personal attention to individual accounts. I personally check my accounts, charges, and any other banking business on line regularly. I am personally viewing any activity with my accounts. No problems at this time. Bellco has helped us during some difficult times. They have always been helpful and friendly. Any personsl account needs attention. I try to watch my numbers and then mention any problems. We had three charges amounting to about $600 that was by someone unknown. Bellco covered everything for us without any questions. Thanks to all.

  This credit union is the best we started using the Grand Junction branch nine years ago because they were so helpful and friendly. They have proven themselves to me that they are consistent, helpful and friendly and continue to be an asset that satisfy my banking needs.

  From opening my first savings account, to our joint account, and now a home equity loan.. The service has been wonderful! Betsy and Cassie answer all your questions and always have a smile ! They even greet you by name!

  Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trying to pay my loan over the phone was so difficult, lots of transfers, you often have to leave a message with a false promise of a return call. Very rude agents and if they thought you might be on a car phone they would hang up and refuse to speak to you. I was not on a car phone
