      Waited in line forever even though there were people to help and then got denied to deposit a check even though both signatures were present on the back. Waste of time and drive

      This has been my bank for several years, each branch has great staff, very helpful. All around great bank so far. I hope they continue to be Customer service related and that we make the difference.

      I tried to withdraw money from the ATM machine using my Citicard bank. The PNC ATM locked my card and would not give it back saying Citibank locked my card. Citibank denied this. Then, I try to get help from PNC by calling the number on the ATM machine. But, Im not a customer so I couldnt speak to someone. Tried to call the bank today but its closed. My coworkers I told about this also told me that they had had bad exeperiences with PNC. If this orgnanization cant manage an ATM I cant imagine what it would be like to bank with them.

      The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with hands now they operate as if they are a local mom and pop branch but they claim to be able to contain with BOA and Chase never in 1 million years will they be on that level

      Worst branch ever. So slow its beyond comprehension. The personal bankers here are also incompetent and rude. I highly recommended going to the branch in plainfield on 59 instead. I know its farther but it will still be faster then going here. I promise you.

      When I pull up to the drive thru and deposit my checks it literally takes them less than 30 seconds that's amazing. I highly recommend this bank
