  I was so relieved to find Aaron from Kam Financial Realty. I had to cancel a refinance with a company that had no clue what they were doing. They did not understand my loan with Unison after they said for weeks they understood. At one point this company was not even returning my calls. After cancelling I started the refinance process with Aaron not knowing what to expect. Aaron was fantastic! He processed all our documents so quickly. He responded to our emails and phone calls promptly. Less than 3 weeks later my refinance was processed and closed. I have refinance a few times over the years but this was buy far the BEST refinance experience I have ever had because of Aaron. I would recommend Aaron to friends and family and I will use him again if rates go down again. If you are looking for a quick competent refinance, Aaron is the best!!!!

  Aaron helped me with my original home purchase and three different refinances. Aaron is up-to-date with current financial trends and always gives great advice. He has access to a wide range of mortgage packages which always have rates that are competitive with anything else I could find myself. He even found us a refinance that didn't require PMI saving us a couple of hundred dollars a month. He is very responsive, easy to work with, and very professional. He has taken care of everything and our refinances have always been smooth and easy. I would absolutely return to him for any future financing needs.

  Aaron helped me with my first refinance in 2013, a home purchase loan in 2015, and a refinance in 2020. He has always been able to get me a better rate than the other banks I have spoken with. He is professional, honest, and unlike every other business out there he seems to always pick up the phone when you call.

  Aaron was an Extremely lucky find. After 6 weeks with Better.com they cancelled my refinance the day before closing. They said they could not negotiate subordinating a coinvestor called Unison, which they knew about all along but apparently misjudged their abilities (they sent me lovely flowers for an apology but no way!). Initially, I was angry at Unison too, thinking they were the cause but they referred me to multiple brokers including Aaron that have closed many similar loans. After contacting the referrals Aaron was standout compared to the others and took the time contact me by phone. The refinance worked out perfectly in less than a few weeks. Aaron has a very calm demeanor and is very knowledgeable, making sure I knew all my options and then simplifying and saving me money ie. using my previous appraisal.   After struggling with other mortgage companies for months I got in touch with Aaron, it was smooth sailing from then on. Very courteous and professional, always kept on top of every detail, to make a long story short he made the process painless, in less then 21 days everything was done!

  We heard about Aaron at Kam Financial after we got fed up with the bank that held the first mortgage on our house offered to refinance it at a lower rate. We worked with them for several months, but they kept asking for more documents, sometimes the same ones we had already submitted to them. They kept making excuses as to why they couldn't close the new loan. My husband was really getting angry with them. We knew their excuses did not make any sense. We had excellent credit. Finally, we decided to look around. We are so thankful that we called and talked to Aaron at Kam Financial. It almost seemed too easy. He got everything together in only a couple weeks. We have had other friends that have told us that they went through the same thing with their lending institutions. We now let people know that they should go elsewhere.
