  IF YOU ARE EVER IN NEED OF A CAR AND CAN NOT FIND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, LOBEL FINANCIAL IS THE WAY TO GO. At the dealership I was told Lobel Financial will be able to help me. Priscilla is the agent I got in contact with. She understood my previous financial situation and why my credit was complicating. With her help I am now driving a car and building my credit back to where it once was. When everyone was saying NO, she gave me the GO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOBEL FINANCIAL.

  Nothing is good about this company had the worst customer service i have ever dealed with being in the industry myself i am very appalled by the lack of customer service they raised my payment that basically raise the amount of the vehicle loan when the vehicle isnt even worth the amount owed anyways desperate times call for desperate measures and they were doing this they claim over insurance i dont know how much more full coverage can cover besides full coverage i made sure i had the highest amount of insurance i can on it because i do alot of driving now i have a signed contract that says how much my payment is going to be so legally dont they have to honor that?? Im ready just to give the vehicle back to them

  By far the worst mistake possible. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT! They will make your life a living hell, especially if you have no patience. What ever you can try to do will be for nothing. Customer service full of retards and unprofessional. Lobel financial is the biggest fraud company. I give 0 stars!

  I have been paying them for 2 years and I have never had an issue, I love that they give me a 10 day grace period to pay my bill every month, many times I have paid past the 10 days and they have only given me a late payment fee once, I would loan from them again.

  Extremely poor and apathetic customer service. Shady business practices like quick credit reporting in missed payments to scare clients into paying faster. All bad.

  This has been by far the best company I have ever done business with. Working with a first time car buyer, it has been my pleasure. Customer service has always been fantastic.. 5 Stars all the way guys!

  Warning please do not TRUST this company or employees. I called to make a payment. The customer service rep identified himself as "Richard" took my information for payment and was the only person to have my info. Mysteriously I had multiple unknown charges to my account that same day. I have already reported this FRAUD to authorities. Warning........!!! Do not trust these crooks.I called to speak to a supervisor....and they hung up on me twice....Going to investigate and prosecute. Do not trust anyone one of their employees. I cant believe this has happened to me...BEWARE...THERES SCAMS GOING ON WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!

  Just received an email from my bank that a fraudulent transaction was made by this company Lobel Financial Anaheim, CA. I immediately shut off my card and called my bank to report this issue.
