  Went to take out money that was more than the average that I normally take out do to a better job and they treated me like I scammed people for a living.. it was all ok and dandy when I needed 50$ to pay a phone bill but now that it’s a few thousand they all of a sudden can’t verify things.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHASE I thought they were better than Wells Fargo and Bank of America but they just hide it BETTER. The credit union I found was the best decision of my life.

  Went there last week and the Philipino lady Stefany was so lazy she kept telling to make an appointment for another day because they were about to close… it was 4pm. It took her an hour to do what I wanted her to do and just because she didn’t know how to do it she did it 3 times and the last time she had her coworker telling her literally where to click and what to type on the computer and because she went to get copies and took her sweet time.

  I Went to the bank to open a credit card. My friend referred me a credit and he get a cash back but, Samantha promsiri doesn’t want to use the referred, to which I told them I don’t want to open the credit card but she told me she’s already opened it, without my permission for her to open it.

  I came in and was greeted as usual just like every other branch, which is good. I explained to the greeter what I came in for and he told me to have a seat while I wait for somebody to assist me. I SAT THERE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR, even asking him 2 more times if it was normal for it to take this long especially because it didn't look too busy. It wasn't till I asked one of the bank tellers that I found out that I have to sign in by the front door. Thanks for the waste of time dude. The bank teller was nice and apologetic about it, that's why I'm not giving this place one star.

  The bankers were helpful but the African American manager was super lazy and unwilling to help. You guy should consider giving one of the bankers his position. Because he does not know how to handle customer service

  I applied Chase home mortgage to buy a new home. Chase couldn't finish the process on time, needed to extend again and again. They delayed the escrow closed date for 15 days. It made us have to move out of the old house and stay in a hotel for two weeks. They failed to order a necessary document from IRS on time. so they delayed the entire process. My wife was pregnant in nine months. And they couldn't do anything to rush the process to make up their mistake. We turned out had to stay in a hotel for a couple of days. Chase screwed us up. I'd tell my friends to think about it again if they want to use Chase mortgage to buy a new house.

  Dear readers, I had a terrible experience with the branch manager Regina. Regina attacked me with disrespectful treatment after requesting a try dollars fee to be waived, she scream at me in front of her clerk. I suggest that Regina reads a book about customer service. This will help Regina be courteous with CHASE customers. Regina needs to be nice and not made CHASE customers feel unwelcome.

  The service here is actually pretty okay, but in general chase is pretty terrible and they say there's nothing they can do to help even though we all have friends at better banks who can get the same issues resolved in one trip to a branch if they even have to go in. I would only recommend banking here to people who have wronged me in the hopes this institution will treat them the same way they've treated me.
