  I am the owner of Awake n’ Ready and A1 has been managing my property for the last 8 years. They have been consistently professional and a pleasure to work with. It’s a true family business-When you call them you will get either David, Sue or their children who are their employees. I never feel like just a number to them not do I have to reintroduce myself every year or so like bigger property management companies. I have another property in VA that is managed by a large company and the turn over is quick. I don’t feel the same sense of loyalty with them. I can’t express enough how much value there is in having a “Mom & Pop” business to work with. Their professional is on par with the big guys, but they offer everything you would want from small & local. Long live A1 Property Management!

  I first met the A1 team as an owner next to a unit that they managed. David Paul immediately introduced himself and said to call him if anything was wrong with guests. Luckily, they screen so well that we had minimal problems - but usually it was around parking. Any time I called David, he was immediately responsive. So when we bought rental properties, there was no doubt that we would use A1 to manage them - if they could be that great to work with when we were not even an owner of one of their properties, then they must be fantastic as a management company. And we were so right! The entire A1 team is outstanding, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. They made suggestions on how to improve our rentals so guests will love it and also get more weeks rented. Our results so far have been outstanding - all 5 star reviews, repeat customers, and our 2022 rental goals were already met by April! You could not ask for a better team than A1!

  David and his team have been 1st class all the way! They have treated my home, Carolina Skies, as if it was their own! I can't say enough about the job they do as far as rentals go as well as keeping me up to date on any and everything that needs to be done to keep my place like brand new. I wish I could use A1 properties Management at all of my places but unfortunately they are focused only at Carolina and Kure Beach! They are the best of the best for sure!!

  I rented one of their properties at Kure Beach and found A1 Property Management to be great to work with. The house was immaculate and everything about the booking process went smoothly. We had a significant issue with the AC while there, and David was super responsive and did everything he could to take care of the problem promptly; he stayed in touch with me to ensure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I recommend A1 and would rent from them again.

  We just stayed at a condo that A1 property management handles. I don’t know if they do this with all their properties, but they left some starter supplies such as toilet paper paper towels dish soap and some other essentials. This made our arrival so much more pleasant because our car was packed to the gills and didn’t have room to bring some of the basics. They were very responsive with questions we had. We were very happy with our stay at the beach and A1 property management.

  A1 has done a fantastic job managing my property. There is always someone available within minutes to resolve any issue. They are friendly and willing to help on any issue. I highly recommend them.

  Having had a 4 bed and 4 bath on the North End and not being particularly fond of Airbnb I met with many local management companies. A1 by far left the best impression. Couldn't be happier with the A1 family.

  I have stayed at Dreamer’s Den several times and cannot say enough good things about the property, the location and the service the team at A1 provided each time. My family and our dogs had an amazing time. We will definitely be back…soon, I hope.
