  Do not go to this bank ever, they protect criminals because they are customers of this institution. I would give them zero stars if I could, I hope whoever owns this bank sleeps well at night knowing they protected a criminal.

  Always been a member of a credit union and A+ is the best. Most friendly and helpful people. Always a smile and offers to help, in person and online. Have been a client of A+ for 19 years and have never regretted. So much better than a bank.

  If I could give negative or zero stars that would be a better option. Their ATM "ate" some of my cash , almost $200!!! I had to file a dispute and wait to get my own money back. Then two weeks later they took that money back out of my account with out even notifying me! The credit union just stole my money!!! DO NOT OPEN an account here! If you already have one NEVER use their ATM!!

  Terrible...customer service? Ha! No way. Ive never felt so thrown around by any institution. Nor have I ever had my money held hostage by any institution. This CU is trash and I will DEFINITELY be closing my account. I would never recommend them to anyone. Period.
