  These guys are the worst. Out of all the times I've called to get help, only one person seemed like they wanted to help. I've sent my statements of how much I owed before they bought my loan from the previous mortgage servicer and they still can't adjust it, correctly. The balance that they gave me was the original balance not the less than half I still owed. They took over 60 days to review and they still messed it up. They messed it up in a way like they didn't even check how much I owed. If they would've looked how much I owed they could've fixed it right away, it should've only taken 5 minutes. Since they're charging me interest on the whole amount again I'm overpaying them in interest and underpaying on my principal. I made a spreadsheet and video to explain the math to them and they ignored it and told me to call customer support. Customer Support said they're going to get a manager or Senior Specialist to contact me that same day and they didn't. In December when I first contacted them, they were going to get a manager or Senior Specialist to contact me within 5 business days... I'm still waiting. I wouldn't be surprised if they've messed up lots of people's loans and are hoping they don't notice.

  Great team!! Wonderful communication!! Travis Cummings was a great person to work and understands the stresses of the home building and buying processes and his team gave phenomenal support to him, myself and my agent. They looked into several types of loans before choosing and we were able to qualify for additional programs as well.   Calber is the most updated mortgage company I have ever worked with. They provide email updates weekly or more. They always answer the phone and respond to all emails. They really help and answer all questions and concerns. The best mortgage experience I have ever had! I am a retired Realtor and I am impressed with their whole team.
