      My fiance's card information was stolen and used to make a purchase. Hometown said they couldn't refund the purchase and that it would take two weeks for him to be able to use his checking account. On top of this, they are the slowest bank I have ever been to. Would only recommend if you are opening a savings account.

      Miss the ladies in the Brimfield branch. I moved to Akron and it became a bit out of my way to still bank there. Love business employees who knows your name, takes the time to chit-chat and smiles while doing so.

      Good service great bank bad ATM friendly people who wait on you in a timely manner and in a good atmosphere the ATM is not good it does not have a good all around line of sight and is not well lit it is well maintained and handicapped accessible needs more attention and consideration for the people who need a quick use atm
