  I was recommended to each out to Wade at 1st Utah Mortgage by a friend after I was already under contract and my previous loan officer was falling through. I reached out to him and he was able to help me secure a better interest rate than I was going to get before and helped me get the loan secured lightning fast. It was almost a whole week faster than he promised, which was two weeks faster than I had expected. Best of all, he was able to help me with it all via email and phone calls.

  I was in a tricky situation with my job where it appeared that I didn't have the 2 years job experience to obtain the loan for the house I was trying to purchase and Wade went to bat for me and we got it locked down at the start of a very hot market. Wouldn't have been able to get the dream house without him!
