  I highly recommend Colby Spragg from Cache Valley Bank Mortgage. I needed to move quickly and Colby was always on point. He answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood what I was doing. The reason I am giving five starts is because Colby is a master at following up. I am definitely going through him and Cyntha Wright (real estate agent) again for future home purchases. They made a great team!

  Andrea was amazing to work with. She made the entire lending process much easier to process and handle. She was very responsive! Roy was great to help us get the home construction process started and help us understand how things are processed during a new build.

  We recently finalized a Mortgage through Cache Valley Bank. They had cheaper closing costs than other banks and we received a great rate, however the process was AWFUL. I don't know if it was the loan officer or the bank itself that was just a mess. Emails were lost/not followed up on for weeks, which caused us to close later than we wanted. Closing costs kept changing until the last minute, and when we went do make our first payment they could not find us in the system and lost the check we gave them and had to go digging for it. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, so maybe they were super busy because of low mortgage rates, or struggling with people working from home during covid...but it was a messy process.

  My wife and I just bought our first house and we decided to work with Bryce Burnham at Cache valley bank mortgage services. We were beyond pleased with the whole experience. Bryce was so patient and understanding through the whole process. Very professional, and explained everything along the way. I would highly recommend going with cache valley bank if your thinking of buying a home, and make sure to ask for Bryce Burnham!

  Dave Webb has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. He is timely, answers all my concerns and questions and always has my back, he has shown this time and time again. They offer competitive rates and do business right. We are building our first home and we had a sit down meeting with Roy Savage, one of the uppers in the company. They truly care about everyone who they do work for. Would highly recommend.

  Just closed on a cash out refinance with Colby Spragg today. I shouldn’t have been able to close as quickly as I did but Colby made it happen! He has been very helpful in explaining the process and made the whole thing so easy for me. I will definitely be using him again for any future loans

  I have working with the folks at Cache Valley Bank many times, particularly the Spragg/Wiser team and all the support staff that work with them. I find their work ethic and follow through to be top notch. I highly recommend them for your mortgage banking needs.

  When shopping for a mortgage, they came in at at the top for the best option. Little did I know- the reason they were cheaper is because they didn’t include our insurance until the closing costs (which all the other lenders did). This made them APPEAR to be the best offer. I hate shady tactics like this. So 2 months later I’m stuck with paying our surprise insurance bill at Christmas time. Something I did not budget for. Two thumbs down for being shady.
